De Urkulu-trofee Toren is een Romeinse herdenkings toren gelegen op de top van de berg Urkulu, in de gemeente Orbaiceta, Navarra, op enkele meters van de grens met Frankrijk. Het werd waarschijnlijk opgericht in 28 v.Chr. door de proconsul Marcus Valerius Messalla Corvinus om zijn overwinning op de Tarbelen, een proto-Baskisch volk in de Pyreneeën, te herdenken en de zuidelijke grens van de nieuw veroverde gebieden aan te geven. De dichter Tibullus, die Messalla vergezelde tijdens zijn campagne, vermeldt in zijn elegieën dat "de Tarbelse Pyreneeën getuigen" zijn van de Romeinse overwinning.[1]
