De kerncentrale José Cabrera was de eerste kerncentrale die in Spanje werd gebouwd, gelegen naast de rivier de Taag in de gemeente Almonacid de Zorita, in de provincie Guadalajara, en behoorde tot het bedrijf Unión Eléctrica Madrileña. De locatie ligt op 3 km van Zorita de los Canes en Sayatón, 5 km van Almonacid de Zorita, 60 km van Guadalajara en 90 km van Madrid. Ze wordt zo genoemd naar de hoogleraar mijnbouwingenieur José Cabrera Felipe, een van de eerste voorstanders van de bouw van kerncentrales in Spanje. Momenteel is ze losgekoppeld van het elektriciteitsnet en in de ontmantelingsfase.
