Son Ferriol is een dorp en wijk in de gemeente Palma, op Mallorca.
Het ligt op 6 km van het centrum van Palma, in het district Llevant, tussen Sa Creu Vermella en Son Banya. In het uiterste noordoosten van dit dorp bevindt zich de kern van S'Hostalot.
De landbouw en de veeteelt waren de belangrijkste bronnen van rijkdom in het gebied van Sant Jordi en s'Horta. Op de kaart van 1785 van de kardinaal Despuig worden de bezittingen van Son Ferriol genoemd, die al in 1713 gedocumenteerd is.
