De Los Callejones Avenue heeft zich pas laat in de 20e eeuw beginnen te ontplooien.
Maar verschillende belangrijke stedelijke elementen bestaan niet meer: de eerste zomerbioscoop in Ubrique (de Avenida), nog een modernere bioscoop (het Alcázar, dat later een theater werd en nu een bar is), het busstation Los Amarillos (Sevilliaans bedrijf gevestigd in Ubrique om passagiers naar die stad vervoeren, Cádiz, Jerez, Ronda...) of een tankstation.
Gelukkig zijn er nog twee andere emblemen die de bevolking zeer dierbaar zijn: de fonteinen van Los Callejones en de la Esperanza, aan het begin en het einde van de straat.
