Het Palacio de Dávila is van oorsprong uit de renaissance en werd aan het begin van de 16e eeuw gebouwd door Bartolomé Núñez Dávila . Het werd bewoond door D. Pedro Benavente.
Hoewel de toegang via de Plaza de Basurto is , kijkt de hoofdgevel uit op de Plaza Benavente , naast het Palacio de Campo Real.
Met een rechtlijnige gevel wordt de hoofdingang geflankeerd door gepaarde kolommen.
De ramen aan de gevel vallen op, prachtig getekend, en de tralies, later gekopieerd in andere paleishuizen.
Het meest karakteristieke element is het dubbele hoekbalkon.
