De Vantaanjoki is een 99 km lange rivier in het zuiden van Finland. Hij ontspringt in het Erkylänjärvi-meer in de gemeente Hausjärvi en mondt uit in de Finse Golf bij Helsinki. Vanaf zijn bron bij Hausjärvi stroomt de Vantaanjoki aanvankelijk naar het noordwesten door de stad Riihimäki, waar hij een bocht maakt en vanaf dat moment naar het zuiden stroomt. Vervolgens doorkruist hij Hyvinkää, Nurmijärvi en Vantaa, voordat hij in het noordoosten van Helsinki in de zeebaai Vanhankaupunginlahti uitmondt.
