Mäntsälä is een gemeente in de Finse provincie Zuid-Finland en in de Finse regio Uusimaa. De gemeente ligt 60 kilometer ten noorden van de Finse hoofdstad Helsinki en bestaat uit 16 dorpskernen. Mäntsälä heeft een oppervlakte van 581 km² en telt 20.614 inwoners . De gemeente is eentalig .
Binnen de gemeente bevinden zich verscheidene meertjes en het landschap varieert van bebossing tot landbouwgrond.
