De col van de Ballon d'Alsace is een pas in het Massief van de Vogezen, tussen het departement Vosges en het Territorium van Belfort. Hij dankt zijn naam aan de Ballon d'Alsace, de hoogste top van het Territorium van Belfort, die hij van het westen omringt.
De weg die de vallei van de Moezel in het noorden verbindt met de dalen van de Savoureuse in het zuiden en die van de Doller in het oosten, steekt een pas nabij de top over, op een hoogte van 1.174 meter; de top zelf ligt op slechts 1.248 meter.
