De Kerk van Sint-Charles is een neoclassicistische kerk gelegen in Nîmes, in het departement Gard en de regio Occitanie. Ze werd in 2010 als historisch monument geregistreerd. In 1686 werd de locatie bezet door de stichting van de Doctrinaires met een priorij en een seminarie in de faubourg des prêcheurs in Nîmes. Tussen 1772 en 1773 werd de parochie van Sint-Charles opgericht door Bishop de Becdelièvre en vervolgens door de koning. De bouw van de kerk werd uitgevoerd van 1774 tot 1776 door de architect Claude Rollin, vanwege de aanzienlijke ontwikkeling van de buitenwijken van Nîmes tijdens de 17e en 18e eeuw. Tijdens de Revolutie werd de kerk geplunderd en in 1801 weer teruggegeven aan een parochie. Van 1856 tot 1886 werd het gebouw vergroot en werd een nieuw jullie toegevoegd als uitbreiding van het oorspronkelijke schip. Zijn exacte achternaam is "Sint-Charles-Borromeo".
