De Notre-Dame-du-Perpétuel-Secours is een Rooms-Katholieke parochiekerk in het 11e arrondissement van de Franse hoofdstad Parijs. Het gebouw ligt aan de boulevard de Ménilmontant, maar heeft geen façade aan de straat. De kerk is bereikbaar via een doorgang door het ertussen liggende huizenblok.
In de 19e eeuw groeide de bevolking van de aan Cimetière du Père-Lachaise grenzende wijk enorm doordat veel arbeiders uit het oosten van Frankrijk zich hier vestigden. In 1872 werd in de wijk een eerste kapel gebouwd die gewijd was aan de heilige Hippolytus. In 1874 ontving de kapel een kopie van de icoon van Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Altijddurende Bijstand . Het gebouw kwam onder gezag van de Redemptoristen.
