Wassy is een gemeente in het Franse departement Haute-Marne . De gemeente telde 2.819 inwoners op 1 januari 2019. De plaats maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Saint-Dizier.In de buurt van het dorp vond op 1 maart 1562 het bloedbad bij Wassy-sur-Blaise plaats waarbij de katholieke factie onder leiding van hertog Frans van Guise de hugenoten aanvielen.
