Spijker is een gemeente in de Franse Westhoek in het Franse Noorderdepartement. De gemeente ligt in Frans-Vlaanderen in de streek het Blootland. Spijker grenst aan de gemeenten Groot-Sinten, Duinkerke, Armboutskappel, Stene, Pitgam, Broekkerke, Loon en Mardijk. De naam Spijker zou komen van Spicris wat zou zijn afgeleid van het Latijnse woord spicarium wat graanzolder betekent. De gemeente heeft ruim 1.500 inwoners.
