Isigny-sur-Mer is een Franse gemeente, gelegen in het departement Calvados en in de regio Normandië. Het ligt aan het einde van de baai van Veys, een belangrijk zuivelcentrum met boter en room met een beschermde oorsprongsbenaming (BOB) en met een belangrijke productie van kazen zoals: Mimolette, pont-l'évêque, Camembert, Trésor d'Isigny… Veel van deze producten worden vervaardigd in de coöperatie Isigny Sainte Mère. Het is ook een producent van oesters.
