Saint-Saulve is een gemeente in het Franse Noorderdepartement in de regio Hauts-de-France. De verstedelijkte gemeente telt 11.033 inwoners en ligt in het noordoosten van de agglomeratie van de stad Valenciennes.
Tot 22 maart 2015 maakte de gemeente deel uit van het kanton Anzin. Op die dag werden de kantons van Valenciennes opgeheven en werden de delen van de gemeente Valenciennes samengevoegd een nieuw kanton Valenciennes waarbij alleen nog de gemeente Saint-Saulve werd toegevoegd. Beide kantons en maken deel uit van het arrondissement Valenciennes.
