Uzès is een Franse plaats en gemeente vlak bij Nîmes en Avignon in het departement Gard in de regio Occitanie in Zuid-Frankrijk. De gemeente telde 8.387 inwoners op 1 januari 2019. Uzès is de zetel van het hertogdom L'Uzège. De huidige Hertog Jacques Emmanuel Eric Raymond Marie de Crussol, is de 17e Duc d'Uzès. Uzès was een bisdom van 440 tot 1801.
