Concarneau, Bretons: Konk-Kerne, is een havenstad in Frankrijk. Het ligt aan de Atlantische kust, aan het zuiden van de punt van Bretagne en heeft een vissershaven. De gemeente telde 19.816 inwoners op 1 januari 2019.De oude binnenstad van Concarneau, La Ville Close, ligt op een eiland in de natuurlijke haven en is nog geheel omsloten door de oude stadsmuren. De Ville Close is de ommuurde oude stad, waarvan de stadsmuur en toren in de 16e eeuw werden vernieuwd en in de 17e eeuw voor de artillerie omgebouwd. Tegenwoordig bevinden zich hier vele winkels en restaurantjes waardoor het een toeristisch karakter heeft gekregen. Via een brug is het eiland met de andere delen van stad verbonden.
