De wijn van Cotlliure is een droge wijn met een herkomstbenaming, gelabeld onder de AOC Collioure. Het productiegebied komt overeen met de herkomstbenaming Banyuls, in het zuiden van Rossellón, en omvat de gemeenten Banyuls de la Marenda, Cotlliure, Portvendres en Cervera de la Marenda. De herkomstbenaming werd opgericht in 1971, onderscheidend van de benaming Banyuls door het te produceren wat vroeger Banyuls Nature werd genoemd. 70% van de productie is AOC Collioure Rouge, met een minimum van 70% van de belangrijkste druivensoorten.
