Voor het eerst gebruikt in 1980. Het tweede gedeelte, Nouveau Monde, werd in 2007 en 2008 overgeslagen vanwege de slechte staat van de klinkers, maar een deel van dit gedeelte is sindsdien gerepareerd en zal in 2009 terugkeren naar de race. De sector stijgt van 40 naar 54 m. Het is bijna vlak in de vorm van een halve cirkel.
