Molsheim is een gemeente in het Franse departement Bas-Rhin . De gemeente telt 9452 inwoners en maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Molsheim. Het dorp ligt aan de Wijnroute door de Elzas en aan de rivier Bruche.
Door Ettore Bugatti werd in 1909 het toen nog Duitse stadje Molsheim gekozen als vestigingsplek voor zijn autofabriek Bugatti. De huidige Bugattifabriek waar de Veyron wordt gemaakt is gevestigd in het plaatsje Dorlisheim dat tegen Molsheim aan ligt. Het museum van de Fondation Bugatti is gevestigd in de voormalige priorij van het klooster.
