De U-bootbunker St. Nazaire werd tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog gebouwd door de Duitse Kriegsmarine in Saint-Nazaire aan de Franse Atlantische kust. Het was een van de vijf grote U-bootbasis die het Derde Rijk in het bezette Frankrijk had opgericht.
Voor de Tweede Wereldoorlog was Saint-Nazaire een van de grootste havens aan de Franse Atlantische kust. Tijdens de Westlijke campagne bereikte het Duitse leger in juni 1940 Saint-Nazaire. De haven werd onmiddellijk gebruikt voor U-bootoperaties. De eerste die Saint-Nazaire bereikte was U 46 op 29 september 1940.
