Het Musée Bonnat-Helleu is een kunstmuseum in Bayonne, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Frankrijk. Het museum werd opgericht in 1901 toen de in Bayonne geboren schilder Léon Bonnat zijn uitgebreide persoonlijke kunstcollecties – met name een uitzonderlijke tekeningenverzameling – evenals veel van zijn schilderijen aan de stad Bayonne schonk. Latere donoren verrijkten de collecties van het Bonnat Museum met belangrijke giften in 1936, 1989, 1997 en 2010, waardoor de collectie een van de grootste kunstverzamelingen in het zuiden van Frankrijk is geworden.
