De haven van Meschers is aangelegd in het oostelijke deel van de gemeente Meschers, aan de rand van het stadscentrum, in voormalige moerassige gebieden die zijn omgevormd. Hij bestaat uit twee bassins: een drooggevallen aanlegplaats met 122 plaatsen en een drijvend bassins met 121 plaatsen, verbonden met de monding van de Gironde via een kanaal waar 25 extra boten kunnen aanmeren.
