Het Romeinse theater van Arles werd gebouwd aan het einde van de eeuw v.Chr., net na de oprichting van de Romeinse kolonie. Het was gelegen in de stad Arles. De bouw begon rond de jaren 40/30 en werd voltooid in het jaar 12, waarmee het een van de eerste stenen theaters van de Romeinse wereld werd. De cavea had een diameter van 102 meter en kon tot 10.000 toeschouwers herbergen, zittend in 33 rijen tribunes.
