De boerderij Saint-Gilles is een historisch monument gelegen in Wintzenheim, in het Franse departement Haut-Rhin.
Al in de 12e eeuw werd er een gebouw opgericht in deze vallei van Saint Gilles, en in 1325 wordt de existentie van een kapel met muurschilderingen genoemd tijdens uitbreidingswerkzaamheden waarbij een nieuw koor aan dit secundaire priorij werd toegevoegd, dat onder het priorij van Saint-Pierre in Colmar viel, een afhankelijkheid van de Cluniac-abdij van Payerne in Zwitserland.
