Het Fort Libéria is een militair verdedigingswerk in de Franse plaats Villefranche-de-Conflent in het departement Pyrénées-Orientales .
Na de Vrede van de Pyreneeën ging de regio over van Spanje naar Frankrijk. In 1681 werd begonnen met de bouw van een fort, naar een ontwerp van Vauban. Hij was op hetzelfde moment ook bezig met de bouw van de citadel van Mont-Louis verderop stroomopwaarts in de vallei van de Têt. Vauban vond het ommuurde Villefranche-de-Conflent te kwetsbaar. Hij stelde voor een nieuw fort te bouwen op een berghelling en zo'n 150 meter boven dan de plaats.
