Het Goya Museum is de belangrijkste culturele instelling van de stad Castres. De naam is te danken aan de speciale rol van de schilder Francisco de Goya in de collectie, en omdat deze geheel gericht is op de Spaanse kunst. Het museum is gelegen in een oud deel van Castres met plattegronden ontworpen door Jules Hardouin-Mansart, een van de architecten van het Paleis van Versailles.
