Het kasteel Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières is een kasteelcomplex boven het dorp Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières in het departement Ardèche in Frankrijk. Het staat in de volksmond ook bekend als La Tour de Cruzières.
De oorsprong van het kasteelcomplex gaat terug tot de gallo-Romeinse periode, toen de op deze plaats gelegen bron van mineraalwater werd aangesloten op een cistern, die de in de vallei gelegen Romeinse villa's van water voorzag. Al tijdens de prehistorische en vroeghistorische tijd is er bewoning rond de bron aangetoond, en de cistern wordt ook beschouwd als een doorslaggevend criterium voor de oprichting van het kasteel op deze locatie.
