Station Lyon - Part-Dieu is een spoorwegstation in de Franse gemeente Lyon. Er stoppen internationale, nationale en regionale treinen.
Het station ligt op kilometer punt 5.010 van de spoorlijn Lyon-Perrache - Genève. Het station Part-Dieu verving het station Lyon-Brotteaux, dat werd gesloten in 1983. Het station werd op 13 juni 1983 geopend. Lyon heeft vijf andere stations, zijnde Lyon Perrache, Lyon-Vaise, Saint-Paul, Jean Macé en Gorge de Loup. Een zesde station, Lyon Croix-Rousse, werd gesloten. Er is ook nog het station Lyon-Saint-Exupéry TGV, maar dat ligt buiten de stad bij het vliegveld Lyon-Saint Exupéry.
