Het Wolf Monument ligt bij Vouty (Faverolles), op de kruising van de D973 en de D17 richting Corcy en Ancienville.
Het is gewijd aan de 128ste Infanteriedivisie van generaal Segonne, bijgenaamd de Wolfdivisie vanwege haar agressiviteit en dapperheid in de strijd.
De Division des Loups onderscheidde zich hier vooral in juni 1918 door de Duitse opmars te stoppen en in juli 1918 tijdens het geallieerde tegenoffensief.
Op een gedenkplaat aan de voet van het monument staat: "Hier hield de 128ste Divisie de vijand tegen (juni 1918) en droeg door een zegevierend offensief (juli 1918) bij aan de definitieve aftocht".
Aan de zijkanten geven twee plaquettes de verschillende plaatsen aan waar deze divisie tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog vocht.
