Il Monumento al Lupo si trova vicino a Vouty (Faverolles), all'incrocio tra la D973 e la D17 in direzione di Corcy e Ancienville.
È dedicato alla 128ª Divisione di fanteria del generale Segonne, soprannominata Divisione Lupo per la sua aggressività e il suo coraggio in battaglia.
La Division des Loups si è particolarmente distinta qui nel giugno 1918 fermando l'avanzata tedesca e nel luglio 1918 durante la controffensiva alleata.
Una targa ai piedi del monumento recita: "Qui la 128ª Divisione ha fermato il nemico (giugno 1918) e con una vittoriosa offensiva (luglio 1918) ha contribuito alla sua definitiva ritirata".
Ai lati, due targhe indicano i vari luoghi in cui questa divisione ha combattuto durante la Grande Guerra.
