Dit is een kilometerpaal ( Borne) van de Voie de la Liberté, in 1948 aangelegd als blijvende herinnering aan de bevrijding van Europa. De route verbindt Normandië met het Ardennenoffensief bij Bastogne. De complete route is bij Routeyou opgenomen als motorroute met de naam "Voie de la Liberté' en als fietsroute met verlenging naar Nederland (Wageningen) in tien delen met de naam VDLAV ( voie de la Liberté a velo). De foto is van juli 2017.

Deze borne maakt deel uit van een gecombineerd monument. Aan de andere zijde is een borne van de voie sacré opgesteld
