In het hart van het Domaine de Montjoie heet het team je welkom in restaurant Le M. Ontdek de gerechten en smaken van het Zuidwesten via bistronomische 3- of 5-gangenmenu's. De dagmenu's worden bereid met verse seizoensproducten, voornamelijk van lokale en regionale leveranciers. Om deze culinaire ontdekkingen kracht bij te zetten, worden er spijs- en wijnarrangementen voorgesteld.
Elke zondag is er een all-you-can-eat brunch. Het restaurant is ook ideaal voor familie-evenementen zoals Valentijnsdag, Moederdag, Pasen, enz.
Profiteer in de zomer van de M Côté Jardin, een guinguettegedeelte waar je buiten kunt genieten van een zomermenu en cocktails.
