Op 7 km van het centrum van Niort, aan de poort van het Marais Poitevin, op 45 minuten van La Rochelle en de Futuroscope in Poitiers, beschikt ons hotel over 50 kamers met airconditioning die in 2013 zijn gerenoveerd.
Gelegen in het gebied Poitou-Charentes met directe toegang vanuit het noorden en zuiden van de A10 en vanaf de D948, afslag nr. 32.
De kamers zijn modern, warm en gastvrij, uitgerust met een tweepersoonsbed van 1,60 m breed met dekbed en antistresskussens, een functionele badkamer, een 26 inch LCD flatscreen met alle nodige aansluitingen (pc, iPod, MP3, spelconsoles), een tv-pakket met de populairste zenders, airconditioning en een haardroger.
Ontbijt en Wifi inbegrepen.
