Onze chef-kok Yoann Tanneau komt uit de Vaucluse, waar hij naam heeft gemaakt door verschillende goede adressen te beheren (de Pantagruel in Cavaillon, de Estellan in Gordes, de Auberge de Lagnes, enz.) Discipel van Auguste Escoffier, lid van de Nationale Academie van de Keuken, en Maitre Restaurateur.
Als liefhebber van zelfgemaakte, lokale gerechten heeft hij besloten een nieuwe uitdaging aan te gaan door zijn palet van mediterrane smaken te combineren met producten uit het zuidwesten.
Zijn creatieve en smakelijke keuken neemt u mee op reis in het restaurant van het Grand Hotel de la Plage.
Ons menu wisselt met de seizoenen. Door producten uit de zee en uit onze streek te mengen, bieden wij een "echte" bistronomie die zo ver gaat als de gastronomie.
