De VVF-residentie ligt direct aan de jachthaven, in het centrum van alle winkels, met uitzicht op de haven vanuit de meeste accommodaties.
Privéparkeerplaatsen (beperkt aantal).
Alle winkels en uitgaansgelegenheden bevinden zich op het terrein en het strand ligt op 800 m met de auto en ongeveer 600 m via een voetpad.
Zwembad en terras (klein, geopend van april tot eind september, afhankelijk van het weer), solarium, receptie, liften.
