La résidence VVF est située directement sur le port de plaisance, au centre de tous les commerces, avec vue port pour la majorité des logements.
Places de parkings privées (en nombre limité).
Tous commerces et animation du Port sur place, la plage se trouve à 800 m en voiture et à 600 m environ par un chemin piétonnier.
Piscine et terrasse (de petite taille, ouverte d'avril à fin septembre selon météo), solarium, réception, ascenseurs.
