Les Casernes is het wildste strand van Seignosse. Een beetje noordelijker, tussen duinen en bossen, is het een genot voor liefhebbers van weidse natuur. Er zijn surfscholen, een snackbar, eerstehulppost en toiletten ter plaatse.
