De grot van de Roche-au-Loup is een prehistorische site gelegen in Merry-sur-Yonne, in het Yonne, in Bourgondië, Frankrijk. De afzettingen uit het Midden- en Laat-Paleolithicum, de rijkdom aan fauna en de positie op de kruising tussen het alpine gebied en de Noord-Europese vlakte maken het tot een opmerkelijke site. Het was bezet tijdens het Châtelperronien, een zeldzaam feit ten noorden van de Loire, en in de late bronstijd. Het is ook opmerkelijk vanwege sommige van zijn Châtelperronien-objecten die een keuze tonen van zowel psychologische als functionele aard.
