De Source du Pontet is een karstbron in het Jura bij Mouthier-Haute-Pierre in het Franse departement Doubs.
Het bronwater van de Source du Pontet ontspringt uit een machtige grotingang in een tufstenen rotswand. De bron ligt in de buurt van de Source de la Loue, direct onder de Grotte des Faux Monnayeurs. Beide grotten liggen in een bosrijk gebied en vormen een gezamenlijk hydrologisch systeem. De daar ontspringende Pontet stroomt over talloze watervallen en cascades en komt na ongeveer 200 m van rechts in de Loue uit. Alleen bij absolute droogte van de bron kan de grote grotingang tot 90 m worden betreden. Boven de Source du Pontet loopt de departementsweg 67.
