Het regionale natuurpark Brière strekt zich uit over de moerassen van Brière, ten noordwesten van de monding van de Loire, in Loire-Atlantique (regio Pays de la Loire) en omvat 21 gemeenten:

Met zijn 54,800 hectare is dit regionale natuurpark momenteel het op een na kleinste natuurpark van Frankrijk, na dat van Scarpe-Escaut.

Grande Brière werd op 1 februari 19952 erkend als een Ramsar-site.
