Dit landhuis deelt zijn binnenplaats met een oliemolen in Donzy, en zijn charme zal je niet onverschillig laten. Het ligt majestueus aan de rivier de Nohain. Het is onlangs gerenoveerd met behoud van zijn authenticiteit en karakter en is beschikbaar als bed and breakfast (logies met ontbijt).
Het is ideaal voor een paar dagen of een tussenstop, dicht bij de Pouilly, Coteaux du Giennois en Sancerre wijngaarden en het Château de Guédelon. De tuin is toegankelijk voor jou, aan de oever van de rivier. Je kunt ook de oliemolen Moulin de l'Ile bezoeken, waar onze walnoot- en hazelnootolie worden geproduceerd.
