Dit uitzonderlijke erfgoed is sinds 1991 opgenomen in de Inventaire des Sites en sinds 1992 in de Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques. Je kunt ronddwalen in de boerderij, onder de "balet", rond de oven en het boerderijmeubilair en het gereedschap bekijken. Prikkel je zintuigen door een wandeling te maken door de educatieve tuin. Luister naar legendes, kennis en tradities. Bij de receptie is een permanente tentoonstelling te bezichtigen.
Ferme du Parcot ligt op een paar kilometer van Etang de la Jemaye, waarmee het verbonden is door een wandelpad.
Er is een Terra Aventura-pad op het interpretatiepad.
