Dit kasteel in het hart van de Pyreneeën, in het dorpje Coarraze, is gebouwd op het land van de Baronnen van Béarn en staat op de Werelderfgoedlijst. Hier bracht Henri IV, koning van Béarn, zijn kindertijd door tot hij 8 jaar oud was.
Het huidige gebouw dateert uit 1755 en werd in Italiaanse stijl gebouwd na twee branden die het kasteel in 1508 en 1684 verwoestten. Tijdens je bezoek kun je het park, de landschapstuin, het kasteel en de 14e-eeuwse toren verkennen.
