Das im Herzen der Pyrenäen im Dorf Coarraze gelegene Schloss wurde auf dem Land der Barone von Béarn erbaut und ist als privates historisches Monument klassifiziert. In diesem Haus verbrachte Heinrich IV, König des Béarn, seine Kindheit, bis er acht Jahre alt war.
Das heutige Gebäude stammt aus dem Jahr 1755 und wurde nach zwei Bränden, die das Schloss 1508 und 1684 verwüstet hatten, im italienischen Stil erbaut. Bei der Besichtigung können Sie den Park, den angelegten Garten, das Schloss und den Turm aus dem 14.
