De priorij van St-Cosme, gesticht in de 11e eeuw, onthult zijn romaanse en gotische overblijfselen te midden van de rozentuinen. Pierre de Ronsard wordt de eerste prior tot zijn dood in 1585. Hij wordt ter aarde besteld in de kerk.
