Das St-Cosme Kloster (12. Jh.) enthüllt seine romanischen gotischen Spuren mitten in Rosengarten. Pierre de Ronsard wurde hier Abt bis zu seinem Tod im Jahre 1585 und wurde in der Kirche beerdigt. Seit 2010 schmücken vierzehn Originalglasmalereien von Zao Wou-Ki das Refektorium der Chorherren.
