Dit gemeentelijke washuis staat op het plan uit 1834. Op deze plaats kan al een waterput hebben bestaan, vlakbij de bron die door de inwoners van Flaujac werd gebruikt. Waarschijnlijk gebouwd van steen, werd het bedolven onder beton toen het in 1925 werd gerenoveerd. Het washuis heet "de Ferbos", door de ouderen uitgesproken als "Perbos", wat "door, door het bos" zou kunnen betekenen.
