Tussen de Landes en de Gers, in het hart van Bas Armagnac, strekt Château Garreau zich uit over 82 hectare. Het is de thuisbasis van het Armagnac Ecomuseum, waar bezoekers de magie van de Armagnac en zijn omgeving kunnen ervaren.
Met zijn musea, evenementen, natuurpad en gastronomische winkel is het een emblematische plek om de oudste brandewijn van Frankrijk te ontdekken.
Bezoek: het wijnbouwersmuseum (17e eeuw), het distilleermuseum (collectie van meer dan 10 distilleerketels), video, permanente tentoonstelling van flessen, tijdelijke tentoonstellingen. Een ontsnappingsspel en een schattenjacht zijn ook beschikbaar.
Maak van de gelegenheid gebruik om het natuurpad rond de 6 vijvers van het landgoed en het botanische pad te verkennen.
In het seizoen worden er een aantal evenementen georganiseerd, waaronder nachtmarkten, druivenoogsten en distillatie.
