De mediatheek biedt boeken (literatuur, thrillers, reisverhalen, koffietafelboeken, kinderalbums, strips), muziek-cd's, dvd's, tijdschriften, videospellen en leesapparaten op een oppervlakte van 720 m².
Het toekomstige culturele centrum zal het huidige gebouw van de mediatheek, de speelgoedbibliotheek, het muziekconservatorium, receptie- en technische ruimtes en een auditorium omvatten.
De speelgoedbibliotheek wordt een plek voor ontspanning, tolerantie, delen, gezelligheid, ontdekking, educatie en culturele openheid. Deze ruimte voor kinderen van 0-10 jaar zal meer dan 2.000 spellen en speelgoed ter plekke aanbieden en ongeveer 300 regelspellen om uit te lenen.
Leden krijgen ook toegang tot een reeks online digitale bronnen, waaronder muziek en films.
