De Kerlinquin Stone is een enorm monolithisch blok rode zandsteen, bijna 5 meter hoog, 8 meter lang en ongeveer 1,5 meter breed. Het lijkt uit een zandstenen klif te zijn gerukt door de gletsjer die de hoogte bedekte en het enkele honderden meters verderop vervoerde. Het werd gebruikt als verzamelplaats voor rituele praktijken die ook in de moderne tijd nog plaatsvonden. Het gewicht is geschat op ongeveer 132 ton. Geclassificeerd als historisch monument in 1886.
